Terms and Conditions

Please carefully read the Terms and Conditions for Automatic Payments with The Next Street. By signing and clicking ‘I Agree’ below you agree to these terms and conditions and authorize The Next Street to automatically submit payment on your behalf to the credit/debit card you used for today’s payment. If these terms and conditions are not acceptable to you, please decline them by calling The Next Street immediately at 860.631.4292.

  1. I am signing up for a payment plan with automatic payments. These payments will occur 30 days from today for 2 payment plans and 30 and 60 days from today for 3 payment plans.

  2. By signing and clicking 'I Agree' at the bottom of this page, I authorize The Next Street to treat my signature as consent to initiate an electronic payment from the credit card or debit card that I used in today’s initial payment. My authorization via electronic signature has the same effect as a hand written signature on a paper contract.
  3. In 30 days, (and 30 and 60 days for 3 payment plans), I authorize the Next Street to automatically charge my credit card/debit card for the amount owed. This will be either:
    • 2 Payment Plans – The remaining balance
    • 3 Payment Plans – 1/3 of the total amount on the payment plan.
  4. The automatic payment will occur:
    • 2 Payment Plans – Exactly 30 days from today
    • 3 Payment Plans – and Exactly 60 days from today
  5. The Next Street will provide at least 10 days notice of the upcoming payments. These payments will be executed with no further consent from me unless The Next Street hears from me at least 3 days prior to the scheduled transaction date.
    • I will not make a payment on my own, outside of this schedule, unless instructed by The Next Street.
    • If I do make a payment on my own, I will notify The Next Street immediately at 860.631.4292, so we can remove the automatic payment.
  6. Billing errors
    • I understand and agree that The Next Street is not liable for incorrect debits/charges.
    • If a billing error occurs, The Next Street is responsible for correcting the error once the error is found or once notified by me.
  7. Returned Payments
    • I understand that if my payment is rejected, refused, returned, disputed or reversed by my financial institution or card issuer for any reason I am responsible for any fees associated from this result. I will immediately contact The Next Street to settle the balance manually.
    • The Next Street is not liable for any overdraft, over limit, or any fees your credit card or bank may charge you as a result.
